Filters, water separators and valves

In order to protect valves, vacuum accumulators and the vacuum pump from dust, it is essential to install a vacuum filter. AB vacuum solutions offers you these in both plastic and metal housings.

Water separators are always used when working with moist transport goods. The water separator protects the vacuum generator and the subsequent system from damage caused by moisture.

With 2/2-way valves (stop cock), individual suction circuits/suction plates can be switched off or on.

The “suction-release” function (suction the transported goods/ventilate the suction plate) can be done via 3/2-way valves, manual slide valves, reversing valves, 3/2 solenoid valves, or realize 3/2-pulse valves.

Non-return valves ensure that the vacuum such as in the event of a power outage or failure of the vacuum generator is retained in the system.

Flow valves are used for changing workpiece sizes. There is no need to move suction plates or switch them off mechanically with a non-return valve (saving time). Only suction plates those rest on the workpiece and can create a vacuum are switched on. Compared to touch valves, which switch to mechanical pressure after contact with the workpiece, flow valves have the advantage that only suction plates that are completely seated on the workpiece are evacuated.
